"Last summer, I developed a frozen right shoulder. I couldn't lift my arm past shoulder level. If I made sudden movements with my right arm or shoulder, I would feel a searing pain in my shoulder. I went to see a physiotherapist who manipulated my shoulder and squeezed the muscle under my armpits until I was ready to jump off the table. I went for 8 visits and while there was some improvement, I was still feeling a lot of pain in my shoulder. The physiotherapist suggested that I get a doctor to give me a cortisone shot in my shoulder. This would decrease the inflammation in the muscle and allow him to do more rigorous manipulation. I did not want to get the cortisone shot because my brother had it and found the relief to be temporary and it had no effect on him after the third injection. However, I was getting desperate. I would wake up in pain every time I turned over onto my sore shoulder during my sleep. This would happen 3-4 times a night and I was always tired during the day because I was not sleeping well.

Then I found Carla and I had my first alignment and Vibrational Touch session. After the session, there was a 60% reduction in pain and I experienced more motion in my shoulder. However, on the second day after the session, I felt an ache in my shoulder muscle. It was the same feeling that I had at the onset of the frozen shoulder. I thought, oh no, it's coming back. This sensation lasted almost two hours then it disappeared. I went back for a second alignment and Vibrational Touch session 3 days later. At the end of the session, there was an 80% reduction in pain compared to my initial condition when I went to see Carla. After the third session, the pain was essentially gone. “I had a trying 10 years of knee issues. In total desperation have finally gone over to the other side of medicine and started to study the effects of energy on the body and using energy to heal it. I was having an "arthritic flair up" that was so painful not only could I not move my knee, or put any weight on it, but even the sheet touching it was painful. I was in agony. OK, I am only 41 and having a "severe acute arthritic flair up" is the term my Ortho Doc used...see anything very, VERY wrong with this picture? Some of you are going to think I have lost my marbles. I am a skeptic for sure. But Carla's rates were so reasonable and I was in such agony, I was willing to gamble on this small amount of cash because working with someone over the phone to heal my knee sounds nuts but a whole lot better than UFlexa Injections and total knee replacement surgery. I had seen amazing changes in a friend who was suffering from Lyme Disease for a decade and now she suddenly looked 10 years younger and all her symptoms gone. I called this practitioner, Carla Muth, and by the end of the hour+ phone session, my knee was out of pain and the swelling receded and by the next day I was up and walking. On top of that the lack of stability in my left knee was gone as well. I have not had any issues with either knee since.

Now my knees are working great for the first time in a decade, and I mean GREAT. I feel strong in my whole leg again like I did before I smashed my right knee in 1999. I used to competitively race bicycles so that is what I am comparing this to. Strong! I am not dissing regular medicine.
